By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

Commission Process

  • All commissions must be requested through official channels (website, Discord, Twitter/X or YouTube)
  • I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing a reason
  • I may cancel a commission at any time due to personal reasons, creative differences, or inappropriate requests

Payment Terms

No refunds once payment has been processed

No price negotiations - prices are fixed as displayed on the commission page

Additional fees apply for rush orders (30% surcharge for delivery within 48 hours)

  • Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Robux (agreed conversion rate), or other pre-approved methods
  • All payments in currency must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed

I am not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client's delayed responses or feedback
  • Technical issues beyond my control
  • Emergency events

Revision Policy

Revisions are limited per package:

  • Logos: 3 revisions included
  • GFX/Profile Pictures: 5 revisions included
  • Thumbnails: Unlimited revisions

Major changes to concept after work has begun may require additional payment

Revisions must be requested within 2 days of receiving preview

Client Responsibilities

Client must provide:

  • Clear reference images and descriptions
  • Specific color schemes and style preferences
  • Timely feedback (ideally within 48 hours)

Clients are recommended to give a written review before final payment

Rights & Usage

  • I may display completed work on my portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials
  • Clients may not:
    • Resell or redistribute the artwork for profit
    • Use artwork for illegal or harmful purposes

File Delivery & Formats

  • Final files are delivered via Discord or secure download links
  • Formats provided: PNG & PSD
  • Client is responsible for downloading and backing up files within 5 days
  • I am not responsible for lost files after delivery

Pricing Structure

  • Prices listed on website are base rates to be combined with one of the 3 packages (Basic/Standard/Premium)
  • Prices increase with: Additional revisions or elements

Changes to Terms

  • I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
  • Current clients will be notified of significant changes

By submitting a commission request, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
